Daily Duties at Fujifilm Medical:
Member of the Management team. Lead the successful deployment of Lean Six Sigma throughout the organization. Defined with the Management Team, the Business strategy, including selection of target areas, priority setting, and effective execution of improvement methodologies using daily management, problem-solving, and Hoshin. Developed the business level Hoshin plans and metrics to track business performance, while managing the ongoing Operating Rhythm of the Management Team Responsible for owning the development of the global Lean Six Sigma training material and tools, while leading the educational training efforts and managing the global project vision. Responsible for the management and success of the overall projects, to track / report project status, maintain schedules, manage interfaces, manage the budget, resolve conflicts, interface with stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
