Daily Duties at Great Plains Spca:

Manage and maintain a $7M annual budget as executive leader of 501c3 non-profit. Lead 130 staff members while reporting to and implementing policies set by Board of Directors. Collaborate with city governments from ten different regions. Continually invest in the vitality of community engagement, bringing five organizations together surrounding one cause. Develop relationships with local and state law makers in relation to Companion Animal Acts in Kansas and Missouri. Further efforts in launching of marketing campaign that targets generational giving and the building of community awareness. Oversee enhancement of key programs such as volunteer, ourtreach, and education.
