Daily Duties at Community Outreach Alliance (Coa) Ministries:
Direct daily operations of this 501 © (3) non-profit organization providing healthy lifestyle programming, senior citizen awareness/outreach, community education, hospice spiritual care, and various recreational and sobriety support activities to San Clemente citizens. Led team of 16 full-time employees and hundreds of volunteers in planning and running high-quality, customized healthy living programs for clients from preschoolers up through senior citizens. Responsible also for strategic planning, staffing and team development, business partnering, and management of the organization’s operational budget.
