Daily Duties at Ericsson Inc.:
As an Operations consultant I would understand a business pain points and review current processes translate that into gaps and recommendations as well as creating future state processes. Other responsibilities included being a lead data migration engineer, Product SME where i would conduct demo's or Proof of Concepts for the pr-sales teams. Technical trainer for Ericsson's Inventory management solution as well as a Solutions engineer making determinations as to which system contained Master data and the data flow to downstream systems. Also conducted all levels of testing for the same product during transformation projects.
