Ensure team members abide to plants safety guidelines. Managing/Support Packaging department operations. Manage/Support Slicing and Peeling departments to ensure product availability for packaging. Administer inventory control on finished and raw materials. Work closely with Production Planner to meet customer orders/requirements.
