Daily Duties at Fluence Automation:

Capitalize on the opportunity to lead forward-thinking regional services operations ranging from Maine to Florida, including training, mentoring, and managing a team of technicians supporting East Coast-based customers. Skillfully monitored staffing levels while assessing strengths and weaknesses of team members to plan and prioritize workflow and maximize resource allocation in alignment with a district budget. Responsible for management of staffing levels and retaining key customer accounts during Fluence Automation transition from Bell & Howell in 2017. Enjoying the challenges of starting up this new business and creating a successful team to exceed customer expectations.
