Daily Duties at 600 Avon Llc:
This is a part-time position and I am responsible for overseeing the on-going business operations for the company. I research properties for potential purchase, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for repair/refurbish work, collect rents and maintain and keep track of all financial transactions and records for the company.
