• Hired to started-up and head the Private Company Listings platform. • Generated >$100mm in originations for 144a Private Placements. • Developed and trademarked the Initial Private Listing (IPL) as a liquidity tool for private companies. Sourced and placed secondary private equity and private company transactions. • Represented NYPPEX at industry conferences and developed long term institutional relationships.
