Daily Duties at Techspace Inc.:
A department-level manager that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Support including the direct management of the following positions; Systems Administrators, Network Administrators, Desktop Support and the Network Operations staff (*Help Desk*). Advisor to senior management to ensure strategic vision and direction for the effective use of information and technology. Responsible for IT Customer Support Team and Desktop Service provided a high level of technical excellence and quality customer service that is consistent with business goals, in support of cost-effective, reliable computing hardware and software systems. Data Center management through the planning, development, and monitoring of operating systems (power, HVAC, fire suppression, security), and annual goals and objectives in support of clients. Plan, develop, monitor, and administer client relationship functions, including service level agreements, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. IT Project Manager for onboarding of new site locations. R.F.P., S.O.W, Budget, Timeline, vendor/service provider selections and contract negotiations, and Network design. IT Project Manager for Server & Network hardware/software upgrades. Telecommunication services and hardware invoice accounts payable and contract creation and review.
