Daily Duties at U.S. Department Of Energy (Doe) Strategic Petroleum Reserve (Spr) Program Prime Contractor:

- Created and managed the “Office of Strategy Management” (OSM) in 2002 to support the CEO’s initiatives and advanced organizational development strategy. I was responsible for Organizational Change, Strategic Planning for the government (DOE) and contractor, created and led all Lean Six Sigma performance improvement training and activities, the ISO 9001 program as the only ISO 9001 Auditor, and the design of the project Managment Program. - Responsible for the design of the SAP Human Capital system for the Human Resources department in the creation of a “workforce engagement system.” - Designed and supported the DOE Secretary of Energy’s new Office of Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Office of Health, Safety and Security (HSS) as the Department of Energy's Center for High-Reliability Performance as part of the SPR Enterprise Risk Management System.
