Daily Duties at Rnbs Inc. (Dba Rugged Notebooks):
Ran the day-to-day operations and managed a staff of nine employees including the Sales, Marketing, Web, Technical Support and Accounting/Payroll Departments. Ensured daily backup of server data files, media, and off-site storage. Troubleshooting WAN/LAN and desktop network connectivity issues. Oversight of Return to Manufacturers Authorization (RMA) processes. Supervised Warehouse and Shipping activities, Domestic and International.
