• Johnson Bank, Racine, WS (12/2016 – 02/2017) – Conducted FTP and ALCO Interest Rate Risk model validation projects for Johnson Bank, in Racine, WS. Validation workbooks and reports were prepared for both projects; some improvement opportunities identified. • Northern Trust, Chicago, IL (02/2017 – 03/2017) –Prepared existing state FTP documentation for Northern Trust; some improvement opportunities identified. Analyzed and documented processing gaps in the FTP process and prepared report in NT format documenting results. • The Warranty Group, Chicago, IL (03/2017 – 07/2017) – Led the Treasurer Transition project. Documented cash management processes, deep dive analysis of banking service costs, and visibility of numerous operating statistics, including FX trading, loan pricing, operating unit balance frequency distribution and many others. Process descriptions identified process strengths and weaknesses including processing gaps in the Treasury department. • Algenol Biotech, Ft. Myers, FL (08/2017– 02/2018) Developed financial planning and valuation model used by Algenol and third parties in Algenol’s pursuit of long term investment capital. Algenol Biotech produces dietary supplements whose nutritional and therapeutic values have been very well documented from plant based raw materials. Further engaged by Algenol Biotech in 2018 to provide additional model functionality. • Small Contract Projects, Chicago, IL (04/2018 – 07/2018) Primarily support projects collecting performance information for an investment advisor, and updating accounting records for a commercial real estate company.
