Daily Duties at Modern Drapery Inc:

Blueprint and design intent reading and definition. Communication with architects, interior designers, purchasing agents, general contractors, and clientele. Created project estimate take-offs and obtained pricing from vendors in order to formulate our scope cost. Wrote contractual and proposal documents for our pricing submissions. Created initial, progress, and final billing documents for payment from client. Ordered and scheduled project goods and installation. Directed team members for various aspects of project scope; fabrication of window treatments, staging of goods on-site, installation of goods,etc. Communicated with respective companies that could influence our ability to complete our work, being sure to schedule our labor at times when we could access areas needed. Formulated close-out documents and continued to maintain open lines of communication with client after project completion to ensure bid opportunities on any future work.
