BRAD HOLLIDAY, PHR, SHRM-CP, CBM, MBA Page 3 of 3 ▪ Reduced turnover 55% and grew revenue 18% by designing a recruiting strategy for aligned business unit focused on targeted selection and behavioral interviewing. ▪ Improved performance 10%+ in all categories by establishing a performance metrics system. ▪ Achieved post change and integration strategies on-time and within budget guidelines by establishing business continuity practices that maintained a high level of performance and minimal attrition.
