Responsible for executive leadership for all Human Resources policies and programs for the entire company. Developed and implemented Human Resources practices and objectives that provided balance enterprise-wide for this still quickly-growing organization, advancing from <100 employees upon joining the company, successfully navigating thru multiple acquisitions to grow from $50M in revenue to $500M in revenue and >1600 employees.
