Responsible for executive leadership for all Human Resources policies and programs for the entire company. Accountabilities include organizational planning, organizational development, employment, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, compliance and employee services to grow the organization from a start-up to what is now the nation’s 3rd largest home infusion company. Developed and implemented Human Resources practices and objectives that provided balance enterprise-wide for this still quickly-growing organization, advancing from <100 employees upon joining the company, successfully navigating thru multiple acquisitions to grow from $50M in revenue to $500M in revenue and >1600 employees.
