Daily Duties at Caravan Health:

Brought in to develop Human Resources policies and programs for this start-up company in the ACO vertical. Primary responsibilities are attracting (and retaining) the best & brightest in population health management in a rapidly-growing new organization, organizational development, employment, onboarding and training, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Accountable for all Human Resources practices and objectives that provides a balanced program throughout all locations & divisions for this quickly-growing and successful healthcare technology consulting services firm. Responsible for executive leadership of the Human Resources function and staff, assisting and advising senior management on human capital issues and continued rapid growth planning. As of end of 2017, organization has doubled in headcount and tripled in net revenue, with locations and employees across the United States.
