Daily Duties at Sabra Reit:

I consulted with Sabra twice. In 2014 I consulted with a 100 bed building with ventilators and my main focus was to clear the past annual state survey. The facility received 28 tags with 4 G's. I trained the staff extensively on the survey process and how to clear all tags which they were successful in doing. The surveyors stated "we have never removed G tags on the first re-visit, this was a first."
