Responsibilities included directing, leading, coaching, mentoring over 47 FTE’s, department that provided Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computer Tomography, X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, services for both inpatient and outpatient patients. Responsible for all operations, budgeting, customer satisfaction, service recovery program, and service line development to include interactive marketing.
