Responsible of all campus wide operations, fiscal reporting, strategic planning and compliance with federal, state and accreditation regulations. Ensured the quality and consistent delivery of the curriculum; supervised retention management processes. Developed and administered program budgets in order to ensure efficient operation of the assigned schools. Hired, evaluated and developed faculty and staff; determined faculty/staff training needs. Coordinated industry projects with the faculty team. Tailored training and educational material to the level and needs of individual students to ensure their high academic performance; managed and implemented a system of student support.
