Daily Duties at Equitas Academy Charter Schools:
Perform an average of 40-45 phone interviews per month in order to assess and select prospective teacher, after school team leader, and safety coordinator candidates for phone interview Sourced prospective candidates from 35 online job board sites and sourced on average 15 prospective candidates per recruitment event Partnered with hiring managers to coordinate interview time/locations for prospective candidates
