Developed and implemented sales plans for surface science instrumentation for analytical and research laboratories including QCM-D microbalance systems for measuring properties of layers; applications included biofilms, biosensors, protein interactions, polymer development, pipeline assessment, adhesive development, etc.; automated technology for patch clamp analysis for ion-channel drug development; systems for optical and force-based tensiometry. Territory included 18 states and 3 provinces from Texas to Ottawa. Managed accounts, prospected and established new accounts, direct sales, pre- and post- sales activities. Technology demonstrations, presentations, workshops, user meetings and application support.
