Recruit, interview, hire, onboard training, continuous coaching and teachings selling through example leadership engagement mythologies. Responsibilities, as a collaborate leader with proven competencies, manage and lead the overall sales and operations for the company. Consisting of leading teams of direct report Managers, Inside Sales Executive Sales Hunters and Account Managers/inside- outside Business Development Manager. Demonstrate, train and educate employees about sales techniques & consultative solution selling using group trainings, shadowing/observation techniques, side-by-side coaching’s, selling strategies and role-playing exercises to scale effectively, provide individual performance growth and goal achievements.
