Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:
• Work closely with multiple Market Units, developing and analyzing P&L pricing models for Global projects ranging from $1M - $80M per year. • Develop and document assumptions, analyze costs, review self-perform vs. subcontract services listed in the SOW. Review supplier quotes, develop and analyze metrics, benchmarks, feasibility, and identify possible synergies and other opportunities where we can leverage existing accounts or added services to reduce costs and improve margins. • Evaluate, collaborate, and challenge ideas within the team, to insure a solution that will best meet our customer’s needs to help them reduce costs without sacrificing service levels. • Convert our global pricing models into clients pricing sheets and validate they tie out and reflect our expected annual price, savings, and assumptions. • Identify ways to make improvements to processes, opportunity assessments, service delivery, revenues, margins, and business relationships.
