• Responsible for over $500M in Annual Spend that includes Facility Management, Project Services, Real Estate, Security, Office Supplies, Print & Fulfillment, and Document Retention. • Collaborate with Global Team members and suppliers to develop and implement cost savings strategies. • Identified consolidation and synergy opportunities to drive cost savings, improved service levels, and preferred terms & conditions. • Lead negotiation of global & regional service and supply contracts • Actively participate in Monthly Business Reviews with key suppliers and internal business partners to review results, anticipated challenges, and insure open communication to succeed. • Worked with IT teams to define and create standardized job descriptions and rate cards, to evaluate pricing of skill sets across preferred Professional Service Suppliers. • Category Lead for $30B merger with Tyco and Spin-off of $16.6B Automotive Division
