• Contracted by an EHR startup, Bond Technologies to be the sole designer to build a full medical practice management software billing system to be integrated with the existing Bond Clinician EHR application. • Created over 100 new designs and lead all aspects of software design for the Bond Clinician Practice Management system and Electronic Health Record system (this product became the Allscripts PeakPractice product mentioned above after many company acquisitions). • This role included performing industry research, facilitating consultant and client focus groups for requirements gathering, planning and designing the new product. • Created all functional design specifications for the product, prototyped all new screens, and performed functional verification testing of completed modules for the application. • Worked across the organization to train the services, sales, and support departments on new completed software designs. Researched government regulations (Meaningful Use) as the healthcare industry changed to keep the application up to date and in accordance with new regulations.
