• Responsible for strategy and design of all CareSync software products. http://www.caresync.com • Managed social science research with usability experts to understand the psychology behind social media to enhance the effectiveness of our products appeal to the market. • Coordinated software design/development across all departments (Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales) to establish software release plans and timelines. Reviewed and managed all product designs prior to building. • Prototyped designs, created requirements specifications, and conducted functional verification testing on all completed design projects. • Researched, interviewed, and selected third party software vendor solutions to integrate into the software applications to provide additional solutions and product flexibility. • Provided finished product demos and training for prospective clients and business partners. • Ensured that all platforms are market/customer-driven. • Effectively managed across the executive team to the specific development teams to create synergy and build effective, efficient and quality products that were aligned with the business and our market.
