• Established best practices managing the Risk Management department comprised of 9 people including governance, policy development, counterparty credit and margining, risk modeling, risk reporting, enterprise risk management, strategy development, and business insurance • Led global initiative of multiple international business units to model the business as an aggregate portfolio • Wrote, implemented, and managed the US Strategic Business Unit Risk Management Policy • Monitored the development of fuel supply plans, and developed commodity and emission allowance position reporting for Indianapolis Power & Light • Created position reporting process for the renewables portfolio • Voting member of the Risk Management Committee • Developed process to establish Key Risk Indicators for Enterprise Risks • Continuous improvement of middle office practices
