Department head for 4 high volume perishable departments. Overseeing all Bakery, Prepared Foods, Cheese & Specialty Foods as well as Café/Barista. Continuously drive combined 30-40% of store sales. Monitor and maintain a balance in areas of labor, margin performance, inventory control, and decreasing spoilage. • Flagship Store in Boulder, CO. Utilized for R&D and used for innovation testing, marketing and photos • Up to 20 Team members: 2 Assistant Dept Managers, 3 Supervisors • Maintaining steady sales comp growth increases averaging 10-20 % YOY
