Daily Duties at Sirius Computer Solutions Inc.:

My primary responsibilities included the planning and managing of software-related projects that met Sirius Computer Solutions' (or Sirius) clients’ business objectives by: (1) Building customer relationships (2) Leading in-house and vendor resources (3) Planning the project (4) Estimating the cost effort of the project (5) Manage communication via reports with project stakeholders, and Sirius Practice and Upper Management (6) Tracking the project progress (7) Delivering the solution. Primary Duties & Responsibilities, included the following: (1) Manage the delivery of multiple consulting projects as a billable consultant and provide proactive control of schedule, hours used, and completion criteria (2) Work closely and build a strong working relationships with Sirius clients, including c-Suite level. (3) Provide pre-sales support to the Sirius sales organization by meeting with potential customers and describing solutions and project approach delivered by Sirius (4) Partner with the functional business areas, external customers, and vendors in defining application/project priorities, scope approach, resource requirements, timing, deliverables, and funding (5) Assist with writing contracts for consulting services (6) Prepare and present accurate Statements of Work (SOW) and estimates for deployment and development projects (7) Provide leadership and direction to the project team (8) Maintain a high level of client and team satisfaction (9) Participate in internal peer meetings and share realistic lessons learned to evolve and refine team for future project success.
