Daily Duties at Berkley Medical Management Solutions:

Supervise the managers for the case management department that includes telephonic case management and field case management services, supervisor for the UR, Early Triage Program, and MSA department. I also supervise the Legal Nurse Consultants. I participate in operational meetings, assisting with Budget plans, development and ongoing revision of policies and procedures for each medical department, participate in the ongoing QA programs for each department, marketing calls with sister companies, and ongoing training with nursing staff as needed.
