Updated leadership on reporting, capital, treasury, and expense management. • Grew revenue though loans and deposit from $2.5 million to >$4.4 million; brought total gross production of $1.5 million at Houston, TX branch location. • Recognized as Top Performer in 2015; earned trips and recognition for excellence in business practices. •Ranked #1 in Bank Operations and Bank Goals; award for 125% of Most Eligible Commercial/ Consumer Loans in 2011, 2013, and 2014.
