Daily Duties at Iewc:

• Manage Global Supply Chain relationships with both internal and external customers by monitoring, trending and analyzing their key performance indicators through dashboard metrics. • Manage 8 employees globally; 5 in the USA, 1 in UK, 1 in Mexico & 1 in APAC. • Responsible for setting global inventory levels; balancing inventory levels while maintaining a 98% in stock percentage. Inventory Value of $65M USD and over 35K SKU’s. • Improved inventory turns from 4.36 to 4.43 in the first year. • Created and introduced daily KPI metrics for global team to drive visibility and improvement. • Re-organized the US Materials’ Group by assigning them to DC’s and making them responsible and accountable for the inventory within those DC’s. • Implemented 8 Domestic & International S&OP meetings. This is helping to improve the communication and build trust between the MM and Sales teams. • Develop people by setting clear expectations and enabling execution by supporting individual growth; encouraging opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills. • Hired an entire new Logistics team in my first 3 months and worked with them to improve our Freight as a % of sales from 3.3% to 3.1% in 2017, which equated to $730K in savings. Currently in 2018, we are trending at 2.9%.
