Daily Duties at Grupo Rotoplas, Sab:

• Responsible for the administration of centralized treasury operations, risk management and accounts receivable and payable. • Determine corporate cash requirements and maintain appropriate cash flow in Mexico, US and Latin-America. • Develop processes and systems to determine daily cash position; track and manage intra and intercompany funding. • Negotiation of the company´s credit agreements, term loan, and letters of credit facility. • Design processes around our daily cash reconciliation, cash forecasting and reporting. • Bank relationship management. • Evaluation of foreign currency exposure and devise strategies to mitigate it. • Implement treasury products and processes domestic and globally based on demand, internal controls, efficiency and changes in service providers. • Ensure implementation strategies are aligned with banking requirements by working with the legal department during the incorporation process of foreign entities.
