Daily Duties at Molding Acquisition Corp.:

• Treasury Management for 6 Companies, bank accounts, A/R, A/P, Insurance. • Financial reporting, General Ledger analysis, accruals. • Ensure the new companies follow all processes and procedures the Group has established for all its facilities. Train personal and seek improvements to processes. • Act as a facilitator between Corporate and staff in the new US operations. • Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company. • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. • Integration of new Companies from the administrative, accounting and systems side.
