• Grow sales and margins in a defined geographical area by increasing sales and distribution of multiple pool and spa brands through the independent professional pool dealer channel • Hire, on-board, train, coach, and mentor a staff of outside and inside sales professionals so that the team provides to this channel the highest level of sales and service support • Maintain relationships with all key customers in the region through regular visits and contact • As Key Account Manager, responsible as the company liaison to three buying groups nationwide • Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the relationship with members and executives within these buying groups to grow overall sales
