Daily Duties at Todays Staffing:

­Managed candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluated skill level; managed offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines. Negotiated offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary. Built strong relationships with hiring managers to define open roles and set forth full life cycle recruiting strategy. Implemented multiple sourcing strategies to source, screen and recommend candidates. Consistent follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates' needs are met. Compiled and updated reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers.
