Daily Duties at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company:

Responsible for managing 4 Technical Recruiters and 3 Coordinators ­Responsible for high volume recruiting of full time and contract technology positions within the Financial Services, Pharmaceutical & Consulting industries. Partner with hiring managers to develop sound and sustainable staffing strategies to meet the current and emerging talent requirements of their technology organizations. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle process for clients which includes; developing the overall recruiting strategy, determining key selection criteria, posting requisitions to multiple channels, screening candidates, scheduling and managing numerous rounds of interviews with hiring managers, conducting the pre-employment verification, packaging the offer, closing the candidate, and processing on-boarding paperwork. Maintain an active personal network of 500+ candidates from diverse backgrounds and proactively anticipate hiring manager needs to deliver top quality talent Participate in key industry association groups (e.g, Westchester PMI, SharePoint User Group etc.), alumni networks (e.g., Stanford, Cornell etc.), and company/product forums (e.g., Quant Finance, Senior .NET Developers, Java Developer Network etc.). Actively leverage online resources such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and MySpace to network with hard to reach candidates. Routinely direct source candidates from client competitors. Proactively monitor various college placement centers and attend college campus recruiting events for potential candidates. Organize and attend job fairs, and employment resource/education workshops. Partner with third party vendors throughout the US to fill niche roles
