- Duties and responsibilities revolved around the growth of a startup company owned by N.Y.-based Lindsay Goldberg LLC, a private equity investor. - Responsibilities included direct interface & communication with organization stakeholders & clientele, division profit & loss (P&L), revenue budgeting & generation, contract review & risk assessment, definition of commercial conditions & terms, mgmt of mutual non-disclosure & non-compete agreements, and oversight of four (4) direct reports. - Continued work in the design & build and installation & commissioning of custom, specialized mechanical & electrical equipment packages used by major companies/industry segments such as Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC’s), Independent Power Producers (IPP’s) of renewable energy sources (solar, turbine). Includes turn-key integrations of process equipment such as water treatment, diesel power generation, electrical power distribution, microgrid / hybrid energy technology, and direct program mgmt of contracts for reconditioning of mobile Large Diesel Power Units (Sunbelt Rentals) and contracts for field resolution of overheating issues by defining & installing high performance, integrated cooling solutions in modular Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
