Daily Duties at Bridgewater Associates:
Manage sourcing for Trading and Infrastructure Technology. Partner with clients to design, create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the market’s best available talent. Provide a holistic candidate assessment to the hiring team for Trading and Infrastructure Technology Represent Bridgewater and its available opportunities with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Generate continuous talent flow to meet Bridgewater’s hiring goals by consistently connecting with new talent sources Continuously improve the tools of the talent acquisition function through a feedback loop evolution approach. Recruitment tools and activities implemented include talent indicators/markers, search hypotheses, role marketability, and value proposition. Supply market analysis, buy vs. build scenarios, outsourcing, offshoring.
