­Manage sourcing for Trading and Infrastructure Technology. Partner with clients to design, create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the market’s best available talent. Provide a holistic candidate assessment to the hiring team for Trading and Infrastructure Technology Represent Bridgewater and its available opportunities with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. ­Generate continuous talent flow to meet Bridgewater’s hiring goals by consistently connecting with new talent sources ­Continuously improve the tools of the talent acquisition function through a feedback loop evolution approach. Recruitment tools and activities implemented include talent indicators/markers, search hypotheses, role marketability, and value proposition. Supply market analysis, buy vs. build scenarios, outsourcing, offshoring.
