Daily Duties at Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities included supporting 1000+ sales representations and managers. Created, updated and deployed various types of training to each of the 6 divisions within the organization. Identified needs by working with internal and external champions to provide the appropriate training at the appropriate time through the appropriate methods. Managed a training budget and a team of 16 that executed the training programs we utilized.
