Daily Duties at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals:
Responsible for training 6 different sales teams within the organization for North America. Developed and implemented clinical, sales, and managerial training programs in a variety of media for a blended approach. Managed budget and forecasted 5 year training plan for over 1000 representatives and managers. Worked closely with internal teams in Marketing, HR, Clinical and Senior Sales Management to identify needs of each group and align training to support corporate initiatives.
