Construction Manager:  Responsibilities included management of all construction activities within Southwestern Energy and its subsidiaries. Duties included property acquisition, supervision and approval of design, engineering, construction, and project capital budgets to ensure current business needs were met while upholding the long term real estate strategy of Southwestern Energy (Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Canada)  Obtained all jurisdictional approvals, permits and final certificates of occupancy CNG Development Manager:  Built and managed two CNG public access fueling stations including budgets, maintenance, certifications, safety, POS, reporting, and revenue  Assembled a marketing team, coordinated and implemented marketing program both internally (within SWN fleet services) and externally  Key driver in development of strategic planning and visionary processes to progress CNG as the alternative fuel of choice with material impact to CNG sales  CNG Station Development, as well as Safety and National Code Regulations NGVi certifications
