Daily Duties at Southwestern Energy Company (Swn):
Directly manage five Support Service managers with responsibilities including building MEP operations, corporate security, building construction/renovation, facility operations, safety, visitor management, and employee services for our 26 acre 570,000+ sq’ class A LEED certified headquarters in Houston. Also responsible for twelve additional field facilities located in six states totaling 350,000 sq’ and 700 acres Oversee management of all associated staff and third party suppliers providing property management, security, janitorial, and construction services Create and manage capital and operational budgets for all facilities Actively engaged in relationships with various jurisdictional and public safety organizations to aid in corporate stewardship Development and implementation extensive corporate wide security/emergency response plans encompassing access control, executive protection, crisis management, and workplace violence, as well as all aspects of site security operations
