Daily Duties at Nestl:

• Responsible for leading the planning, development, maintenance, and support of online eCommerce systems, including: managing technical staff, overseeing application development projects and support efforts, and contributing to the eCommerce strategy • Liaised with business and functional owner during risk engineering and high-level review sessions to derive and execute action plans, meeting deadlines and standards • Supervised international groups of 4-8 individuals, with management of 4-7 groups at one time • Directly responsible for: Chile, Brazil, Argentina, The Caribbean, Venezuela, Peru and Colombia • Responsible for eCommerce of over 100 B2C and B2B sites • Managed the successful migration of over 200 B2C websites for Zone AMS to MCI • Worked with ASP, XML, SQL Server, IIS, CMS, Microsoft .NET Framework, SQL databases • Provided System development and ongoing technical support for 24/7 support system • Administered and communicated eMarketing standards, initiatives, and processes to markets • Certified all B2C web sites were compliant with Nestle M245 security standards • Responsible for CRM initiative with Brazil utilizing Salesforce
