Daily Duties at Technicolor:

• Responsible for Business Analysis and Project Management of COOL, a multi-million dollar B2B Product Distribution Application for order entry, real-time inventory, and shipment tracking application used by both external and internal customers based on the Oracle ERP suite • Managed clients for International Media and Entertainment Company ensuring business strategy and IT were fully integrated • Responsible for Data Analysis and BI metrics to increase cost savings and identify new business opportunities • Coach and mentor support team members for ongoing industry knowledge and development, team collaboration (within support team as well as with contact center teams), efficiency and effectiveness • Directed implementation and analysis of MS Dynamic NAV, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, to automate and connect sales, purchasing, operations, accounting, and inventory management • Measured the effectiveness of all training events and identify additional training needs • Directed the Quality Monitoring and Voice of the Customer activities and analysis • Oversaw all aspects of quality delivery including QM scorecard, VoC survey, contact monitoring and scoring, calibration, analysis, feedback and action plan identification and coaching based on quality scores • Assisted in identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities • Digital media strategic consulting for both internal and external customers • Responsible for WSS 3.0 (SharePoint, MOSS 2007, and SharePoint Server 2010) implementation for Services Business Unit (internet, intranet & extranet – 4 Site Collections with over 1,000 sites) • Technical project lead with ability to determine solutions that facilitate information sharing across boundaries for better business insight as well as improve organizational effectiveness by providing comprehensive document/content management and accelerating shared business processes • Accountable for Web Analytics Report Creation, Review and Analysis as well as all site metrics (Omniture, Adobe Marketing Cloud, WebTrends, Google Analytics) for all Thomson (Technicolor, Grass Valley, PRN, ECDS, etc.) sites • Managed web site architecture, design, navigation, production, development, content, graphics, QA teams, and tracking through complete development life cycle • Coordinated all tracking of web site traffic in order to evaluate the effectiveness of each online marketing initiative • Created SharePoint Workflows and developed custom web parts and installations • Managed groups consisting of 4-25 individuals • Subject Matter Expert for design, architecture and implementation of Microsoft collaboration solutions • Performed independent research of COTS and GOTS software for integration with customer’s SharePoint® environment • Experienced in discussing business matters related to eBusiness with Business customers and outside partners • Refine organizational processes, establish standards and performance measures, and interface with Executive clients
