Improvement lowered time for delivery of records from 10 days to 15 minutes per week. • Designed and implemented process forms that improved internal business processes and efficiency by 90% for organization in financial sector • Oversaw complex approval workflow increasing response time by 85% and decreasing downtime to less than 01%. • Spearheaded initiative that enabled the team to execute 90% - 95 % of user stories, error free, over multiple sprints. • Oversaw complex implementation of MS Dynamic NAV, to automate and connect sales, purchasing, operations, accounting, and inventory management • Improved communication between product managers and the software development team by modeling requirements in use cases and holding combined walk-through meetings, resulting in fewer changes in test. • By performing analysis I defined roles, analyzed business process, managed change, and obtained buy-in across multiple departments. • Responsible for wireframing application development, data-modeling and illustrating business and design processed, to include market data • Gathered, analyzed, developed and write out functional and non-functional business requirements to include metrics, reporting, flow diagrams, data modeling, user stories, prototyping and traceability • Partnered with developers to automate manual processes, saving time and money while decreasing errors. Credited as a primary driving force behind a 10% increase in margins this fiscal year. • Ensured full coverage of design elements by maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix to keep track of requirements and related test cases • Implemented software testing that included Impact assessment, requirement analysis, test scenarios and test case design, system testing, system integration testing, production verification testing and defect management. • Prepared, maintained and submitted activity/progress reports and cost estimates for future sales opportunities or enhancements. • Maintained in-depth project plans, utilizing Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies, including detailed Excel workbooks with continually updated task lists, contact lists, deadlines, and budgets. • Oversaw and led JAD (Joint application development) workshops with clients and development team (Stakeholders, Executives, Q&A, Developers and Project managers). • Utilizing motivational strategy, created high-performing and motivated team created with record close to 97 % participation in agile meetings. • Utilized root cause analysis, gap analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution and change management to identify potential solutions and present the proposals to the client/management team. • Gathered business requirements through interviews, surveys and observation from account managers. Conducted controlled brain-storming sessions with project focus groups and documented them in the Business Requirement Document. • Plan and facilitate continuous improvement activities and practices with a focus on the elimination of waste and rework, improving quality, reducing operational costs, improving efficiencies and standardizing processes/procedures. • Work with business, as well as programmers, to implement solutions across platforms • Performed Gap Analysis to create and maintain the “as-is” and “to-be” process flow documentation, including business activities and diagrams • Defined and implemented User Acceptance Testing plans, review and resolution and support both internal and external tests by developing user documentation, as well as scripts, for functional usability testing and system training • Analyze collected requirements, translate into programming solutions, and ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations • Instituted an automated Project Tracking system to allow management to see past, present and future projects.
