Offshore lead for multiple Infra support groups - Remedy, TWS, Tivoli Marimba Handled service requests with team for enhancement, deployment and upgrade/migration activities L2 support for Linux Servers - Deployments, performance issues Client interaction for infrastructure issues and queries in the project Prepared test case documents and perform testing to ensure application meets the functional and technical requirements for Remedy customization Involved in CAB meetings for representing Change requests as per Business Requirements Monthly metrics reports and enhancements done as per client request
