Daily Duties at General Electric Power Suite:

As Master Black Belt and Group and Intellectual Property Lead, effectively managed application development, proofs of concept, testing, and application deployment in the areas of EHS, Regulatory, and Quality compliance. Innovated new applications while improving the portfolio of solutions impacting quality, regulatory, tax, controllership, and finance areas, aligning layout, functions, content, and training with business needs. * Outstanding results, contributing to the success of 40 projects in this role and maintaining authority over a team of over 20 professionals engaged in Lean Six Sigma and Green Belt projects; initiatives focused on lowering expenses, increasing automation, and implementing control plans, meeting all certification requirements and delivering over 10,000 in labor hour savings. * Led the servicing of an internal client web application portfolio in the areas of FDA, Finance, Controllership, Compliance, Quality control, and Regulatory Compliance, expanding the collection by 50% to encompass $1.5MM in business. * Established a partnership with a quality organization in Italy regulating the Oil & Gas industry, leading to an agreement to develop applications to lower the amount of escaping defects to the client. * Delivered $90MM in savings by building the documentation for in-house software applications, achieving FDA validation under a Consent Decree and leading to the reopening of a key production site three months ahead of schedule. o Served as the Phase I Digital Systems Coordinator of the Hudson River Dredging Project, overseeing the implementation of a communications application, approved by the EPA, which provided real-time water monitoring and alerts; engineered alert criterial for over $70MM in devices. o Collaborated with the Hudson River team, building solutions to measure water-borne contaminants in accordance with EPA mandates; worked closely with the EPA and C-level GE executives to develop a Consent Decree management tool capable of automatically producing What If scenario management processes. * Traveled to nine sites in Brazil over five days to bolster the adoption of EHS practices governing workstations, communications, and application training, surpassing utilization goals to increase utilization by 60%.
