Daily Duties at Jones & Frank:

Manage customer service and training on Point of Sale systems, operational techniques, troubleshooting of associated electronic equipment as needed. Processing of supplies and equipment for mobile warehousing. Maintain ERP systems for just in time deliveries. Manages targets and efficiencies for ticket counts, labor hours, and payroll hours weekly and monthly. Ensured fleet effectiveness thru management of regular maintenance practices. Modified processes and procedures for enhanced operations and mobile warehousing. Maintain petroleum equipment and fueling systems for the North Georgia region. Ensure proper calibration of systems per state requirements and weights and measures. Adhere to EPA rules and regulations for proper fuel and chemical disposal.
