Daily Duties at Global Eagle Entertainment (Gee) Inc:
Conduct, and review business processes and (IT) SOX Compliance Audit overview on the business processes; Performs SOX compliance walkthroughs and testing to measure the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls; Develop meetings with external auditor focus and guidance to review documents, gap control deficiencies and (creating) resolve exceptions, in addition focus on IT Security, Change Management, and Computer Operation. Findings, recommendation and consulting activities review on GEE Business Processes with Director. Support GEE business process owners in developing consist documents per process, and Key Controls for testing prior to SOX external auditors.
